Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretry and MLA Bandipora Usman Majid here on today expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of former Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee who passed away yesterday at New Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS). Majid in a statement termed the former PM as true statesman. Majid termed the demise of Vajpayee as unfortunate and called it ‘a big loss’ to the entire country. He said that Atalji's life was dedicated to the nation, he lived and thought for the nation for every second. No leader in the BJP can match the stature of Atal Ji, he added. Majid prayed for eternal peace to departed soul.
